Issued in 1989 - Realized in 2021... Walking in The Field of Dreams...

1989 was a very good year. I was reunited with my Mom, I went off to college to find my next steps in life and a movie that helped me understand the power of family, history, and the game of baseball resonated in select theaters across the globe. Field of Dreams is a movie that many have seen, even more revere but what is it that makes this Koster-powered tale about a farm, a single ball fiend and MAGIC make us swoon? As the actual field they made the movie on comes “alive” tonite (thanks to the New York Yankees & The Chicago White Sox, and Major League Baseball), it’s time to take a look back - a “Perspective Review” of one of the all-time great movies featuring a diamond that truly is itself - a diamond in my eyes. Be sure to check out my Perspective Review of 1989’s “Field of Dreams” where I share my thoughts, memories and recollections. Tell me what YOU thought of it! | Listen to the Podcast Now!
